John and I both went with KK on her first class field-trip to a nearby pumpkin patch today. It is owned by a very nice German Family. There was a tour of the farm, where KK pet cows, horses, chickens and pigs, followed by a tractor ride to the pumpkin fields. KK got to pick out her very own pumpkin (and she picked out one for her baby brother or sister, too). It was really nice that John and I both had the opportunity to go with her.
